Pipeline heaters are divided into two modes: one is to use the flange-type tubular electric heating element inside the pipeline heater inserted upside down into the reactor jacket of the pipeline heater to heat the thermal oil, transferring the heat energy in the pipeline heater to the chemical raw materials in the reactor inside the pipeline heater.
Another mode is to directly insert the tubular electric heating element of the pipeline heater into the reactor of the pipeline heater or evenly distribute the electric heating tubes around the wall of the pipeline heater. This mode is called the internal heating type of the pipeline heater. The internal heating type of the pipeline heater has fast heating and high efficiency.
Another mode of the pipeline heater is the far-infrared electric heating device. That is, the electric heater in the internal system of the pipeline heater wraps around the bottom of the reactor in the pipeline heater and the middle and lower parts of the pipeline heater for heating. The far-infrared electric heating device of the pipeline heater has a large heating area in the internal system of the pipeline heater, stable and fast temperature rise of the pipeline heater, uniform heat release of the pipeline heater, convenient temperature control of the pipeline heater, the pipeline heater can be controlled in upper, middle, and lower sections, the temperature of the reactor wall in the pipeline heater is easy to control, the pipeline heater has no side effects on the fuel in the reactor, and will not cause carbonization of materials in the pipeline heater,pipeline heater operates without noise, no pollution, long service life of the pipeline heater (more than 30,000 hours), and significant energy saving of the pipeline heater (more than 28%).
The pipeline heater is a new generation of reactor heater for the internal system of the pipeline heater. The pipeline heater uses electric heating combined with far-infrared technology to evenly distribute heat into the reactor of the pipeline heater. The pipeline heater saves production costs by more than 30% compared to original thermal oil and steam heating; the temperature control system of the pipeline heater uses thyristors in the pipeline heater as the main component with a computer interface, the pipeline heater uses a computer to analyze and control temperature differences, making the operator of the pipeline heater more relaxed, the far-infrared in the pipeline heater promotes blood circulation, beneficial and harmless to the human body. Under the environment of energy saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection, the development prospects of the pipeline heater are also expanding. Many large chemical units at home and abroad are correspondingly replacing thermal oil and steam heating with far-infrared heating.
