Cast Aluminum Heating Plate is a metal casting heater that uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, which are bent into shape and then cast into various forms using high-quality metal alloy aluminum material as the shell through centrifugal casting. Cast aluminum heating plates come in round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes. After precision machining, they can closely贴合 the heated body. The surface load of cast aluminum is ≤5.0 W/cm², and the recommended working temperature is below 380°C.

heater with uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity ensures uniform surface temperature, eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic field. Adding insulation devices on the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the inner heat dissipation surface can save 35% of electricity.
1. Main Applications:
Widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, alloy die-casting machines, pipelines, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum, and other equipment. Printing heating plates are suitable for printing, hot stamping, and drying in clothing, plastics, and other industrial products.
2. Usage Precautions:
1. The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value, and effective grounding is required; the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases;
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; cast aluminum heating plates should be stored in a dry place. For safety, it is necessary to check again before use for leakage and short circuits. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1 MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by baking in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours, or by reducing the voltage and energizing for heating until the insulation resistance is restored;
3. The cast aluminum electric heater should be properly positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be closely贴合 the heated body. Empty burning is strictly prohibited.
