﹡Wavelength can be controlled between 0.76um-2um and 2um-16um. Choose different wavelength heating tubes based on the physical properties of the heated object. Thermal efficiency can reach over 86%.
﹡High infrared heating tubes have very low thermal inertia. After power-on, they reach 50% of rated power in 0.8 seconds, about 80% in 1 second, and full rated power in about 2 seconds, with rapid heating and cooling.
﹡High infrared heating tubes can be coated with heavy metals such as gold or titanium on specific areas of the tube wall to form a directional reflective layer, greatly improving thermal efficiency and reducing the temperature of the reflector.
﹡The service life of high infrared heating tubes is 3000-5000 hours (depending on the usage environment).
