Mold Single-Head Electric Heating Tube RodIt is made of metal tube as the shell, electric heating wire as the heating element, and magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity as the filler, through processes such as tube shrinking, annealing, bending, welding fasteners, etc. This product has one end for wiring, and the surface load design can be: 1-22W/cm2. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low price, safety and reliability, easy installation, high thermal efficiency, fast heating, and long life.
The internal filler insulates the heating wire from air, keeping it centered without shifting and touching the tube wall, so the tube surface is not electrified. The cold end of this product can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
