SRY8 (HRY8.HRY9*) Finned Tubular Sheathed Electric HeaterI. Purpose:This electric heater is used for heating hydraulic and lubricating media, suitable for heating non-corrosive gases and liquids.
II. FeaturesThe finned tubular sheathed electric heater consists of a "metal tubular heating element" and a finned protective sheath. The finned protective sheath is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and heat-resistant (≤300°C) asbestos rubber sealing gaskets.
The electric heater is fixed to the oil tank body by flange connection; sealed by gaskets; the finned sheath isolates the metal tubular heating element from the heated medium. When replacing the metal tubular heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the metal tubular heating element needs to be extracted for replacement. It is convenient, reliable for use, maintenance, and repair.
In this finned tubular sheathed electric heater, the fins and the protective sheath are assembled parts. Changing the number of fins can alter the surface load of the heater. Proper application can prevent oil carbonization and burning, ensuring safety, reliability, and extending the life of the medium.
