SRY6-2 sheath type electric heater is designed for preheating heavy oil, lubricating oil, diesel and similar media. It features a heating core and sheath, with the core using high-temperature alloy heating wire and ceramic insulation, and the sheath made of cold-drawn seamless steel tube or stainless steel. The heater is flange-connected to the oil tank, allowing easy replacement of the heating core without draining the oil. It has large contact area, low surface power, no carbon deposition, long service life, and is safe and reliable. Models include SRY6-1, SRY6-2, SRY6-3 with various voltage/power options. Maximum working temperature is 100°C, maximum use temperature is 300°C.
