
The ARS-SF20 infrared insulating paperboard moisture meter produced by Shenzhen Airis adopts the traditional classical physical moisture detection method (oven drying method), combining a load cell and infrared radiation source to measure the moisture content of samples in real time; the ring-shaped infrared heating source quickly dries the sample; during the drying process, the infrared moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the weight loss of the sample and derives the moisture content. Parameters and conditions can be directly set through the 5-inch touch LCD screen, achieving human-machine integrated operation. Compared with the international oven heating method, the Airis moisture meter can quickly and evenly dry samples at high temperatures with infrared heating, and the sample surface is not easily damaged. Generally, results can be obtained within a few minutes and the value is automatically locked, requiring no personnel supervision. The results are accurate and consistent with oven experiments, making it a new type of rapid detection instrument. The principle of the Airis moisture meter meets GB/T29249-2012 electronic weighing drying method moisture meter.

Precautions:
1. The Airis rapid moisture meter is used to measure the moisture content in samples. Any other use may cause personal injury and damage to the instrument.
2. Please read the manual carefully before use, and do not use it under environmental conditions that do not meet the requirements.
3. Ensure sufficient space around the instrument to avoid heat accumulation and overheating.
4. Since the area around the heating unit becomes hot, do not place flammable items near the instrument.
5. After the test, the sample itself, the heating unit, and its container will still be very hot, so be careful when removing the sample.
6. During the heating and drying process, the temperature of the ring heating element can reach 400℃. Therefore, do not open or touch the heating unit. If it needs to be opened, disconnect the power and wait until it cools down.
7. For matrices containing toxic elements, such matrices can only be heated and dried under conditions with good ventilation.
Operating steps:
① Evenly place the sample to be tested into the sample pan
② Cover with the heating cover
③ Press the "Start" button and the instrument will automatically complete the process. After measurement, the instrument automatically alarms, and the measurement result is locked on the LCD screen.
