Portable Microcomputer-based High-Voltage Circuit Breaker Simulator Model: SB6250
1. Main Hardware Configuration
Six independent trip and close coils; 12 pairs of circuit breaker position output contacts;
One auxiliary DC power output (switchable between 110V/220V)
2. Main Functional Features
The SB6250 microcomputer-based high-voltage circuit breaker simulator is mainly used for complete group tests of relay protection devices and to replace actual high-voltage circuit breakers in projects such as standby power supply automatic switching device tests. During complete group tests, it simulates the tripping and closing of high-voltage circuit breakers to avoid adverse effects caused by repeated opening and closing of actual high-voltage circuit breakers due to repetitive complete group tests. This simulator is a supporting product for microcomputer relay protection test systems and can also be used with relay protection calibration devices from other manufacturers. Especially in cases where the high-voltage circuit breakers in new plants or substations are not yet adjusted or DC power has not been supplied, using this device for relay protection tests will not be affected by external factors, thereby shortening commissioning time and improving test work efficiency. Additionally, the instrument can be optionally equipped with remote control functionality. The host computer software monitors the opening and closing status of circuit breakers through serial port (USB), Ethernet port, WiFi, and other connection methods. It can also connect multiple devices via network to form a scenario-based circuit breaker simulator panel, making the system even more effective in relay protection manufacturers and research departments.
