I. Overview

The ZW32-12GG series outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is an outdoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz.

It is mainly used for opening and closing load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in electronic systems. It is suitable for protection and control in substations and industrial and mining enterprise distribution systems, as well as for frequent operation places in rural power grids. It can also be used as a section switch in the power grid. After installing a controller, distribution network automation can be achieved.

Service Conditions

1. Normal Service Conditions

a) Ambient air temperature: -40℃ to +40℃;

b) Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;

c) The ambient air may be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam, or salt spray;

d) Wind speed not exceeding 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on a cylindrical surface);

e) Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and controlgear is negligible;

f) Pollution level: Class III.

2. Special Service Conditions

The circuit breaker can be used under conditions different from the normal service conditions specified above. In such cases, the user's requirements should be negotiated with the manufacturer,

and obtain * opinions.

Structural Features of the Circuit Breaker

.1 The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase post-type structure, featuring stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion or explosion hazard, maintenance-free, small size, light weight, and long service life.

.2 The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps improve moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas.

.3 The three-phase posts and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin wrapped with organic silicone rubber solid insulation; they have the characteristics of resistance to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, and aging.

.4 The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism with low energy storage motor power and low opening and closing energy consumption; the mechanism transmission adopts a direct-acting transmission method with fewer parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, solving the problem of corrosion of the operating mechanism and improving the reliability of the mechanism.

.5 The opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker can be performed manually or electrically, and can also be remotely controlled. It can be paired with an intelligent controller to achieve distribution automation, or with a reclosing controller to form an automatic recloser or section switch.

.6 The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current acquisition signals to the intelligent controller; metering current transformers can be added according to user requirements.

.7 The circuit breaker can be externally equipped with a three-phase linked disconnector. When the disconnector is in the open position, there is a clearly visible break, and it is equipped with an anti-misoperation interlocking device with the circuit breaker body. When the circuit breaker is in the closed position, the disconnector cannot be opened or closed; only when the isolating switch is fully closed or fully open can the circuit breaker be operated. It can be installed with arrester post insulators for easy maintenance.
