Main Structure
1. Normal type
The conductive circuit of the main part of the circuit breaker is set inside a cylindrical insulating cylinder made of insulating material, so that the vacuum interrupter is protected from external environmental influences and mechanical damage. The main part of the circuit breaker is installed at the rear of the operating mechanism housing made in the shape of a bracket. Depending on the place of use, a dust cover (as an additional device) can be installed on the insulating cylinder. This design helps prevent flashover and serves as additional protection against internal contamination of the circuit breaker.
2. Pole column type
The pole column of the circuit breaker is designed as a cylinder and installed at the rear of the bracket-shaped operating mechanism housing. The conductive part of the circuit breaker pole column is enclosed in an epoxy resin sleeve to protect it from impact and external environmental influences.
Structure of Operating Mechanism
The operating mechanism is a spring energy storage operating mechanism, and one operating mechanism operates the three-phase vacuum interrupter. The operating mechanism mainly includes two energy storage tension springs, closing energy storage device, connecting plates and cranks that transmit to the interrupter of each phase, and opening tripping device. In addition, components such as energy storage motor, tripping device, auxiliary switch, control equipment, opening and closing buttons, manual energy storage shaft, energy storage status indicator, and opening and closing indicator are installed in front of the frame. The operating mechanism is suitable for automatic reclosing operation, and because the motor energy storage time is very short, multiple reclosing operations can also be performed. The operating mechanism spring has two energy storage methods: manual energy storage and electric energy storage.
