1. Overview of High-Voltage Grounding Wire:
(1) Function of High-Voltage Grounding Wire:Used for line and substation construction, to protect against static electricity or accidental closing of nearby live parts.
(2) Structure:110KVGrounding wire consists of insulating operating rod, conductor clamp, short-circuit wire, grounding wire, grounding terminal, return clamp, and grounding clamp.
(3) Manufacturing Process: The conductor clamp and grounding clamp are die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy; the operating rod is made of epoxy resin colored tube, with good insulation performance, high strength, light weight, bright colors, and smooth surface; the flexible copper grounding wire is made of multiple strands of high-quality soft copper wire twisted together, and covered with a soft, insulating transparent tube to protect the grounding copper wire from wear during use, meeting the fatigue test requirements of the copper wire; ensuring the safety of workers during operation.
