Portable short-circuit grounding wire, commonly known in the industry as: high cold-resistant soft PVC portable high-voltage short-circuit grounding wire, is a temporary high-voltage grounding wire used after power outage in the power industry. It is a wire directly connected to the earth, also known as a safety return line, to prevent harm to maintenance personnel from sudden power supply by transferring high voltage directly to the earth. It can be considered a lifeline. Sometimes it is also called "personal safety wire"
Portable short-circuit grounding wire [English name: short circuit equitment] commonly known in the industry as: high cold-resistant soft PVC portable high-voltage short-circuit grounding wire, mainly used in the power industry during maintenance after power outage as a temporary high-voltage grounding wire. It is a wire directly connected to the earth, also known as a safety return line. Main voltage levels involved: 0.4kv, 6kv, 10kv, 20kv, 35kv, 66kv, 110kv, 220kv, 330kv, 500kv....
1. When overhauling high-voltage lines or equipment, to prevent sudden power supply, the three-phase overhead lines or busbars on the power source side should be temporarily grounded with grounding wires.
2. To prevent adjacent high-voltage lines or equipment from causing induced voltage on the de-energized lines or equipment that could harm the human body, or when the de-energized equipment or lines under maintenance may generate induced voltage that could harm the human body, the relevant parts of the de-energized lines or equipment under maintenance should be temporarily grounded with grounding wires.
3. When working on de-energized equipment, use grounding wires to discharge the residual charge on the equipment through temporary grounding wires, that is, release residual charge, commonly known as "discharging".
(1) High-voltage grounding wires can be classified by usage environment into: indoor busbar type grounding wire (JDX-NL) and outdoor line type grounding wire (JDX-WS).
(2) High-voltage grounding wires can be classified by voltage level into: 10KV grounding wire, 35KV high-voltage grounding wire, 110KV grounding wire, 220KV high-voltage grounding wire, 500KV high-voltage grounding wire
(3) The length of the insulating operating rod required for grounding wires is specified according to national standards (Liuteng Electric provides) as follows:
380v grounding wire, 500v grounding wire, 6kv grounding wire, operating rod length 50CM
10KV grounding wire operating rod length 1 meter
35KV grounding wire insulating operating rod length 1.5 meters
110KV grounding wire insulating operating rod length 2 meters
220KV grounding wire insulating operating rod length3.0 meters
500KV grounding wire insulating operating rod length 8 meters
1) When hanging the grounding wire: first connect the grounding clamp, then the power connection clamp; when removing the grounding wire, the procedure must be to first remove the power connection clamp, then the grounding clamp.
(2) Installation: Fix the double-hole copper lugs of the soft copper grounding wire on each phase to the corresponding positions of the power connection clamp (which can be fixed or movable) on the grounding rod, and fix the single-hole copper lug of the combined phase to the grounding clamp or ground pin to form a complete grounding wire set. [2]
(3) Verify that the voltage level of the grounding rod matches the voltage level of the operating equipment.
(4) Ensure that the equipment or line is used after power outage.
(5) During use, operators should wear relevant protective equipment, such as insulating boots, insulating gloves, and safety helmets, and use it under the supervision of a dedicated person. Welcome to call! 24-hour service 0311-81556997;;, sales manager
