Clamp-type Personal Safety Line |
Clamp-type Personal Safety Line The soft copper wire is made of national standard wire, with an outer layer of same-name insulating sheath, full cross-section, never short of cross-section, and absolutely qualified in experiments. The grounding rod is made of epoxy resin material, fully insulated, machine-pultruded, and the operating handle is equipped with a silicone rubber sheath. The short-circuit wire and grounding wire are twisted from multiple strands of high-quality soft copper wire, and covered with a soft, high-temperature resistant transparent insulating sheath, which can prevent wear of the grounding copper wire during use and ensure the safety of operators during operations. The wire nose and busbar clamp are connected to the grounding copper wire and outer sheath using a new crimping process, and the flexible connection can effectively prevent the copper wire from breaking at the connection point during use, improving reliability and service life.
Product Features: The personal safety clamp (i.e., wire clamp) is made of high-quality hot copper (or wrought aluminum) die-cast, surface polished and pressed. It is generally used to make three-fork, four-fork, and five-fork forms of personal safety lines. This personal safety clamp has exquisite craftsmanship and a lightweight structure, suitable for personal safety use at construction and operation sites.
Product Use: Mainly used for secondary protection during power outage maintenance of low-voltage lines and electrical equipment above lines, to prevent injury from induced voltage in the maintenance line, providing reliable protection for safety inspectors.
