Connect the input power supply AC380V
Connect the "AC380V power input" to the three-phase four-wire power grid, and connect the ground wire to the earth grid. Never connect the ground wire to the neutral wire or to the shell of other equipment, as this will bring great danger to subsequent testing work. As is well known, when equipment fails or the shell becomes charged, if the operator touches the live part, it is like connecting to a 380V power grid. If grounding is poor or not grounded, it will lose protection for the operator, making the operator as dangerous as connecting to a 380V power grid, which can cause great harm to the operator, and in severe cases, death. Therefore, before use, always check whether the ground wire is in good contact and whether the connected ground grid is truly connected to the earth. For your safety, please strictly follow the requirements.
Check and confirm the wiring. When connecting the AC380V power supply, first cut off the power, and after the wiring is connected, then close the power. At the same time, pay attention that when wiring, hands must not touch the metal parts of the wires, as this can cause electric shock. The correct approach is to first cut off the main power, ensure the wires are not live, then reliably connect the wires to the power supply. After connection, personnel should not touch the wires again, and especially not touch uninsulated metal parts.
According to the different types of switchgear, connect the closing, opening, or various devices requiring power in the switchgear to the switchgear power-on test bench with wires. After connection, close the main power switch, and also close the corresponding AC or DC or current output switch. Adjust the voltage regulator handle, the output voltage will slowly rise, and stop rising when it reaches the required value, then begin various tests on the switchgear to be shipped.
The fixed output on the rear output board means the output voltage is a fixed value. As long as the input voltage does not change, the output voltage will not change.
5 There are three fuses inside the equipment. If after plugging in the main power, the voltmeter shows no display or overload occurs, it may be that the fuses are blown. Just replace them with the same specifications. However, replacing with larger fuses is very dangerous, as it can cause equipment damage.
6 After the test is completed, first turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then disconnect the power switch. After discharge is complete, only then can you start disconnecting the wires.
