The JDX series portable short-circuit grounding wire is a new product jointly developed by our company's scientific research personnel and power system engineering technicians according to the technical standard SD332-89 of the Ministry of Energy, combined with the improvement requirements of the majority of power workers for grounding wires. The JDX series portable short-circuit grounding wire passed the type test of the Safety Tools Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center of the Ministry of Electric Power in March 2004, and all test items were qualified.
Structural Features
1. It consists of wire end clamp, short-circuit wire, grounding wire, wiring nose, busbar clamp, grounding end clamp or temporary grounding electrode, and grounding operating rod.
2. The clamps at the wire end and grounding end are die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy, and the matching fasteners are all treated with metal nickel plating.
3. The grounding operating rod is made of high-quality epoxy resin and fiberglass with excellent electrical performance and mechanical strength, and the operating handle is additionally equipped with a silicone rubber protective sleeve, which is firmly combined and more safe and reliable for insulation.
4. The short-circuit wire and grounding wire are made of multi-strand copper flexible stranded wire and covered with a soft, high-temperature resistant transparent insulating protective layer, which can prevent wear of the grounding copper wire during use and ensure the safety of operators during operation.
5. The wiring nose and busbar clamp are connected with the grounding copper wire and outer sheath using a new crimping process for flexible connection, which can effectively prevent the copper wire strands from breaking at the connection during use, improving the reliability and service life of the grounding wire.
