Features of the high and low voltage switchgear power-on test bench:
Integrates multiple AC and DC power sources, facilitating the testing of switchgear and greatly improving work efficiency.
Input power: Three-phase four-wire AC 380V
1. Connect three-phase four-wire AC380V
2. Connect the output DC300V to the load
3. Rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero.
4. Check and confirm the wiring is correct
5. Close the power switch
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to a suitable value.
I. When working on panels that are fully or partially energized, the equipment under maintenance should be clearly marked to distinguish it from operating equipment.
II. When performing work with significant vibration such as drilling on protection panels, measures should be taken to prevent the operating equipment from tripping.
III. The secondary windings of all current transformers and voltage transformers should be reliably protected and grounded.
IV. When working on the secondary circuit of a current transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:
1. It is strictly forbidden to open the current circuit;
2. To reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, short-circuit plates and short-circuit wires must be used;
3. It is forbidden to perform any work on the circuit and wires between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal;
4. During work, a dedicated person should supervise, use insulated tools, stand on an insulating mat, and the grounding in the circuit must not be disconnected.
V. When working on the secondary circuit of a voltage transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:
1. Strictly prevent short circuits or grounding;
2. Insulated tools should be used, and insulating gloves should be worn. If necessary, the relevant relay protection devices should be deactivated before work;
3. When connecting temporary loads, a dedicated switch and fuse must be installed;
4. During secondary circuit energization tests, to prevent reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side to the primary side, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed;
5. Before energizing the secondary circuit or performing withstand voltage tests, the duty personnel and relevant personnel should be notified, and someone should be assigned to guard the site, check the circuit, and confirm that no one is working before applying voltage.
6. Personnel inspecting the protection and secondary circuits are not allowed to perform any switching operations without the permission of the duty officer.
