Classification of grounding wires: The specific configuration of grounding wires varies with different voltage levels and different usage environments. Even at the same voltage level, the configuration can differ based on the environment (such as the length of the grounding rod, the style of the clamp, the thickness and length of the soft copper wire, and the grounding method). Therefore, users must clearly understand the specific usage environment and accurate voltage level when selecting grounding wires to ensure correct selection.

Our company has summarized years of experience in producing grounding wires, combined with the actual situation of providing grounding wire products to various units of the power system (such as power companies, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields, coal mines, etc.) over the past decade. We have classified and summarized the required grounding wire products for different voltage levels and usage environments.

1. According to the usage environment, grounding wires can be divided into four types: indoor busbar type, substation busbar type, substation line type, and outdoor line type.

Generally, during maintenance, the clamps of indoor busbar type and substation busbar type grounding wires connect to the busbar (copper bar) of live equipment. Therefore, the clamps for substation busbar type and outdoor busbar type grounding wires usually adopt a flat mouth type, i.e., JDX-NL flat mouth screw tightening grounding wire and JDX-NS flat mouth hand-held grounding wire.

For substation line type and outdoor line type grounding wires, the connection part of the clamp with the live body is generally copper wire or steel-core aluminum stranded wire. Therefore, the clamps for these types usually adopt double spring bayonet type, single spring bayonet type, or monkey head tightening type, i.e., JDX-WS double spring bayonet grounding wire, JDX-WD single spring bayonet grounding wire, and JDX-WL monkey head tightening grounding wire.

2.   According to voltage level, grounding wires can be divided into 380V, 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 66KV, 110KV, 220KV, 330KV, and 500KV grounding wires.
