Product Introduction
Also known as direct-reading equivalent salt density tester (salt density meter), it is specially designed for testing the equivalent salt density of insulators. The system has a built-in calculation formula for equivalent salt density of insulators, making readings intuitive. It uses a Chinese menu, is easy to operate, and features a large-screen LCD display, showing all parameters and results at a glance. It is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, convenient for field testing.
In accordance with the provisions and requirements of GB/T 16434-1996 "Standard for Environmental Pollution Classification and External Insulation Selection for High-Voltage Overhead Lines, Power Plants, and Substations", it is suitable for salt density testing of external insulation equipment in overhead lines, power plants, substations, and other locations.
Product Features
1. Direct-reading type: the salt density on the insulator surface is directly displayed, along with conductivity, and the pollution level is automatically determined, requiring no calculation or standard.
2. Uses imported standard platinum electrodes, ensuring stable and reliable data.
3. Wide measurement range. The salt density measurement range is 0.0001mg/cm² to 9.9999mg/cm².
4. The instrument has a built-in large-capacity rechargeable battery with battery level display. It automatically shuts down under low voltage, making it convenient for field use.
5. Has automatic temperature compensation function. The solution conductivity value is automatically compensated to the value at 20°C, and can also be compensated to the temperature we need or tested without compensation.
6. Accurate measurement data, with salt density resolution of 0.0001.
7. Has automatic system calibration function. It calibrates automatically at startup to improve measurement accuracy.
