Instrument Introduction
The intelligent conductivity salt density tester, also known as the direct-reading equivalent salt deposit density tester (salt density meter), is specifically designed for testing the equivalent salt deposit density of insulators. The system has a built-in calculation formula for the equivalent salt deposit density of insulators, making readings intuitive. It uses a Chinese menu and is simple to operate. The instrument comes with a built-in micro printer for convenient data retention and comparison. The large-screen LCD display shows all parameters and results at a glance. It has a built-in large-capacity lithium battery, making it suitable for field testing.
The instrument complies with the provisions and requirements of GB/T 16434—1996 "Environmental Pollution Classification and External Insulation Selection Standard for High-Voltage Overhead Lines, Power Plants, and Substations," and is suitable for salt density testing of external insulation equipment in high-voltage overhead lines, power plants, substations, and other locations.
