Product Introduction:
The ZK-A vibration switch is mainly used for over-vibration monitoring and protection of large mechanical equipment, rotating machinery, and centrifugal equipment in continuous operation. It can prevent equipment damage and personal injury accidents caused by abnormal operation and increased vibration amplitude. It is an essential monitoring instrument for equipment maintenance and upkeep.
During use, the vibration switch should preset the vibration velocity control value (cm/s) and over-vibration timing control value (S) according to the allowable vibration level of the equipment. When abnormal phenomena occur during the operation of mechanical equipment and the vibration increases, if the vibration velocity exceeds the preset value, the yellow over-vibration indicator light will turn on. If the continuous over-vibration time exceeds the timing control value, the red indicator light will turn on, and the internal relay will activate, effectively cutting off the main power supply of the controlled equipment, forcing the equipment to stop, preventing accidents, and achieving the purpose of protecting the equipment.
Brief introduction to the working principle of the vibration switch:
The acceleration sensor picks up the charge signal of mechanical equipment vibration, which is converted into a voltage signal by the charge amplifier and added to the input of the instrument. The normalization circuit further normalizes and amplifies the signal. The integration circuit converts the vibration acceleration signal into a corresponding velocity signal. The linear detection circuit converts the AC velocity signal into a DC signal. It is then compared with the set value in the reference source by the comparator. If the vibration value exceeds the set value, the output control signal enters the power amplifier stage, and the warning indicator light turns on. When the continuous vibration signal time exceeds the delay time, the indicator light turns on, and the relay activates, effectively cutting off the equipment power supply through the control circuit.
