Electrical Characteristics Multifunctional Console
Connect the three-phase four-wire power supply to the power input terminals a, b, c, n on the terminal board of the power-on test bench; according to the test requirements, connect the AC0-20A output terminals to the switchgear under test. After checking that everything is correct, close the main power switch. At this time, the voltage corresponding to the power input indicator will show a voltage indication. Switch the power voltage conversion switch to check the voltage between phases a, b, and c of the input power. Press the closing button on the left side of the voltage regulator and the closing button for AC 0-20A operation control; turn the voltage regulator handle clockwise while observing the AC0-20A AC indicating ammeter until the required current value is reached. After the test is completed, turn the voltage regulator handle counterclockwise to zero voltage, and press the corresponding opening button.
3. DC 0-220V adjustable output
Connect the three-phase four-wire power supply to the power input terminals a, b, c, n on the terminal board of the power-on test bench; according to the test requirements, connect the DC0-220V output terminals to the switchgear under test. After checking that everything is correct, close the main power switch. At this time, the voltage corresponding to the power input indicator will show a voltage indication. Switch the power voltage conversion switch to check the voltage between phases a, b, and c of the input power. Press the closing button on the left side of the voltage regulator and the closing button for 0-220V DC operation control; turn the voltage regulator handle clockwise while observing the 0-220V DC voltage indicating voltmeter until the required voltage value is reached. After the test is completed, turn the voltage regulator handle counterclockwise to zero voltage, and press the corresponding opening button.
Note: After the DC test is completed, before removing the wiring, be sure to observe the DC voltmeter to see if its reading is relatively small. If it is greater than 24V, pause slightly to allow the circuit to automatically discharge to a safe voltage before disconnecting.
Explanation: The above three outputs are interlocked with each other, and only one output can be used at a time.
4. DC 0-300V adjustable output
Connect the three-phase four-wire power supply to the power input terminals a, b, c, n on the terminal board of the power-on test bench; according to the test requirements, connect the AC0-450V output terminals a, b to the switchgear under test. After checking that everything is correct, close the main power switch. At this time, the voltage corresponding to the power input indicator will show a voltage indication. Switch the power voltage conversion switch to check the voltage between phases a, b, and c of the input power. Press the closing button on the left side of the voltage regulator and the closing button for 0-300V DC output control; turn the potentiometer knob clockwise while observing the 0-300V DC closing power supply voltage indicating voltmeter until the required voltage value is reached. After the test is completed, turn the potentiometer knob counterclockwise to zero voltage, and press the corresponding opening button.
