TD-1168 High-altitude Test Clamp Price
Dare Electric recommends
Product Advantages:
1. This product can be operated directly on the ground, enabling high-altitude testing at 3~8m, with strong practicality and ease of use.
2. This product adopts the principle of mechanical transmission, which is safer and more reliable than the previous method of pulling with steel wire ropes. It is simpler to operate, saving time and effort. It will not experience jamming, inability to pull, or breakage due to aging of the steel wire rope, which could affect on-site operations.
3. The test clamp jaws are welded from multiple layers of copper sheet. The wider and thicker jaw design allows for a large current to pass through in a short time, with advantages such as good contact and strong overload capacity.
4. The current insulating operating rod is assembled with plug-in bolt connections. To prevent seizing between aluminum alloy joints, the TD-1168 multi-functional high-altitude test clamp uses a stainless steel sleeve for more reliable and safe connections. After assembly, the entire operating rod fits better with smaller gaps and less wobble during testing, making operation safer.
5. This product can be used for testing in high-voltage places below 500KV, with test heights ranging from 3m to 8m, and can be arbitrarily extended by adding plug-in sections to the insulating operating rod. The voltage withstand test of this insulating operating rod has passed the high-voltage 500KV/AC test at Shanghai Cable Institute, and the verification report has been obtained.
Usage Method:
This product consists of the test clamp handle (the short section at the head) and the extended insulating operating rod. Connect the test clamp handle to each section of the operating rod by threading and tightening them together to form an integrated unit. Connect each operating rod according to the instructions indicated on the rod. The operator operates directly on the ground, lifting the assembled high-altitude test clamp (including connected test leads, etc.) (the length can be customized). Hook the upper jaw onto the object to be tested, pull the operating rod downward with force, and the clamp will automatically lock onto the object for testing. Conversely, a gentle push will release the test clamp. This tool is convenient to use and test.
