Characteristics



◆ The transformer test instrument integrates test wiring display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, and protection. The entire test process is fully automatic, featuring high efficiency and high precision. ◆ The transformer test instrument has a backlit LCD display, simultaneously showing 18 parameters such as three-phase voltage and current; digital meters replace analog meters, and all test data is displayed in real-time (locked) on the screen, avoiding errors caused by parallax, conversion, calculation, and other factors during the test, ensuring higher accuracy. In particular, it completely solves the difficulty of operators reading multiple meters and recording multiple sets of data simultaneously, ensuring accurate and reliable test data. ◆ Data processing uses automatic storage and microcomputer printing, with beautiful, standardized data tables and clear handwriting. All test data is filled into corresponding tables in real-time, avoiding manual transcription and ensuring data authenticity and reliability. 1. Read this manual carefully before using this instrument. 2. The operator should have general electrical knowledge. 3. Avoid places with rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperature, direct sunlight, etc. 4. Avoid severe vibration of the instrument. 5. After testing, wait until the discharge alarm stops before turning off the power and removing test leads. 6. When measuring no-load tap-changing transformers, wait until the discharge indication alarm stops before switching gears. 7. During testing, it is prohibited to move test clamps and power supply lines.



Precautions



1. For no-load tap-changing windings, do not switch the no-load tap changer during testing or before discharge is complete. 2. For inductive test objects, do not remove test leads before discharge is complete (when the buzzer sounds), to avoid electric shock. 3. If external AC220V suddenly loses power during testing, the instrument will start automatic discharge. Do not remove test leads immediately; wait 5 minutes before removing them.
