I. Product Overview
Insulating oil is widely used in high-voltage electrical equipment such as transformers, oil circuit breakers, oil-filled cables, power capacitors, and oil bushings. During operation, due to the effects of oxygen, high temperature, high humidity, sunlight, strong electric fields, and impurities, the performance of insulating oil gradually deteriorates, preventing it from fully performing its insulating function. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct relevant tests on insulating oil regularly to determine whether its performance has deteriorated. The quality of insulating oil is closely related to its breakdown voltage. Based on the requirements of the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC156 "Method for Testing the Dielectric Strength of Insulating Oil" and the national standard GB507-86, Xigao Huadian Electric has designed theXGIIJ-80kV microcomputer-based fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength tester, taking into full consideration the needs of domestic and international users.
II. Product Technical Requirements
1) Main Features of the Product:
This instrument uses advanced technologies such as a central processing unit and large-scale integrated circuits to form an automated testing device. The operation process is fully automated, and the test data of the oil sample can be printed through the built-in micro printer on the panel. Compared with ordinary instruments and similar types of instruments, this device has good test stability, high accuracy, and good operability. The device has multiple test operation modes during oil testing. The main features are:
l Fully automatic test mode: 6 consecutive tests, automatically calculate the average value, and print the 6 test data and the average through the panel printer.
l Single automatic test mode: automatically complete 1 test and print the single test data.
l This machine uses an AC reversible motor to drive the voltage regulator at a uniform speed of 3 kV/s, which is then boosted by the step-up transformer. When the oil sample breaks down, the protection system automatically cuts off the boosting power supply circuit, and at the same time, the protection circuit provides an interrupt signal to the system. After the system responds, it executes the oil breakdown test program. The main internal operation contents are:
l The four-digit digital tube displays with 8 consecutive flashes to indicate that the tested oil sample has broken down;
l Record test data;
l Program-controlled automatic return-to-zero operation. After returning to zero, it identifies whether to proceed with the next test operation cycle or automatically exit the test state based on the number of tests.
