I. Overview
Based on relevant standards and regulations for insulating oil testing, leveraging our own advantages, after multiple field tests and long-term unremitting efforts, we have meticulously developed a high-accuracy, fully digital industrial instrument. This machine is easy to operate and has a beautiful and elegant appearance. Due to the adoption of fully automatic digital microcomputer control, it offers high measurement precision, strong anti-interference capability, and is safe and reliable.
II. Instrument Features
1. The instrument uses a large-capacity single-chip microcomputer control, ensuring stable and reliable operation;
2. The instrument is equipped with temperature, humidity, and clock display functions, and can be customized for infrared oil temperature measurement.
3. The instrument has a built-in wide-range watchdog circuit to eliminate system crashes;
4. Multiple standard selections: the instrument program includes GB/T507-1986, GB/T507-2002, DL429.9, IEC156, and user-programmable operation, accommodating various user preferences;
5. The instrument's oil cup is made of special glass and polymer materials, finely processed to prevent oil leakage and corrosion;
6. The high-voltage sampling design of the instrument allows test values to directly enter the A/D converter, avoiding errors in analog circuits and making measurement results more accurate;
7. The instrument has internal protections such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit, and possesses strong anti-interference capability with good electromagnetic compatibility;
8. It can switch between Chinese and English at will to meet any customer's needs;
