Standard requirements. Mainly applicable to solid insulating materials such as: plastics, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulating varnish and other media under power frequency voltage or DC voltage for breakdown strength and withstand voltage time testing; the instrument adopts computer control, can quickly and accurately collect, process, store, display, and print various data during the test process.
This instrument has radiation protection function. The test door of the instrument is made of transparent insulating glass with a shielding mesh in the middle. During the test, the breakdown moment will produce a large current, and at the same time, it has radiation hazards to the human body. 2. Equipment composition principle and safety protection:
1. The equipment mainly consists of high-voltage test transformer, contact voltage regulator, servo speed control system, acquisition system, control system, automatic discharge, etc.
2. The input of the test transformer is given by the output of the voltage regulator. At the same time, the acquisition system collects the high-voltage output in real time. The computer adjusts the speed control system that controls the rotation of the voltage regulator according to the voltage, forming a closed loop, making the voltage regulation process smoother. And it can meet the extremely slow voltage rise requirements.
3. Automatically distinguish AC and DC test processes. If a DC test is performed, after the test ends, an automatic discharge operation can be performed. During this period (when not discharged), opening the test chamber door will trigger an audible and visual alarm, warning of danger!
