I. Overview
This product is developed in strict accordance with the national standard GB507-86 "Determination of Dielectric Strength of Insulating Oils" and is designed based on user requirements. The instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, with fully automatic testing process, strong anti-interference performance, and accurate testing, overcoming the drawbacks of current general oil dielectric strength testers that are susceptible to high-voltage breakdown interference. This machine is equipped with a printer that can print all data.
Operating Steps:
1. Adjust the electrodes of the oil cup according to the factory price of the insulating oil dielectric withstand voltage tester, and place the oil cup on the high-voltage terminals on both sides inside the organic glass.
2. Cover the oil cup with the organic glass cover of the stirring motor, and plug the motor's connector into the stirring socket.
3. Connect the ground wire properly, then plug in the power cord, and turn on the power switch. The zero position indicator light should be on; if not, the instrument will automatically return to zero position.
4. When the display shows "Press 'Confirm Key' to enter test", first set the "stirring time", "number of tests", and "rest time". After setting, press the "Reset Key" to complete the settings.
5. Press the "Confirm Key" and the instrument will automatically start testing according to the set instructions. After the insulating oil breaks down, the instrument automatically stirs, and the display shows the test voltage for each time. After the rest time instruction ends, the instrument automatically calculates the comprehensive average value of the withstand voltage strength and displays it on the LCD screen.
6. If printing is needed, press the "Print Key" to print the comprehensive average value of the dielectric strength of the insulating oil.
