Product Introduction:
This instrument is easy to operate with interactive dialogue. It offers high precision in testing and analysis. With a brand-new design, it provides fast testing and analysis with clear graphics. The large-screen color LCD displays Chinese characters, making it very convenient for on-site dynamic balancing measurement and correction of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, agricultural machines, centrifuges, fans, and pumps, as well as signal analysis (waveform display and FFT analysis). It can also be used with balancing machines to directly replace the balancing machine's electrical box for retrofitting old balancing machines. It is a special tool for dynamic balancing detection in factories, mines, and technical appraisal departments. Especially in dynamic balancing detection of rotating machinery, just press a button to know the total vibration value of the tested machine and the unbalance amount caused by the rotating parts, making it clear at a glance whether the product is qualified. It can perform dynamic balancing on-site and also conduct vibration detection and analysis. It digitally displays the equipment's speed, amplitude, and phase, and finally obtains the required weight and phase for balancing (adding or removing weight). All functions are realized in a briefcase, making it truly portable. Its main functions are the same as the VIBROPORT series general vibration tester from Schenck, Germany.

Main Functions
● Multi-functional: can be used as a tachometer, vibration measurement, and vibration signal analysis. Especially has all functions for dynamic balancing measurement (real-time display of unbalance vibration and phase).
● Frequency analysis of machine vibration (FFT max 1024 points)
● Automatically uses the trial weight method to measure influence coefficients and calculate single-plane and double-plane permanent counterweights, or directly calculates permanent counterweights based on measured original vibration if influence coefficients are known. It can calculate while measuring or input all at once. (Option to remove trial weight or not)
● Has the ability to calculate the calculated permanent counterweight at selected angles to the left or right.
● Has frequency analysis capability to detect vibration components at the same frequency, half frequency, and double frequency of the rotor.
● Simple operation with automatic prompts, usable by general personnel
