Product Introduction



The HJHM-3000 Ash Density Complete Measurement Device is a complete "ash density" measurement device developed by our company based on the needs of anti-pollution flashover work in China's power grid, in conjunction with the new standard for pollution level classification of power grids. This device complies with GB/T 16434—2004 "Selection and dimensioning of high-voltage insulators intended for use in polluted conditions - Part 1: Definitions, information and general principles" (replacing GB/T 16434-1996, GB/T 5582-1993, JB/T 5895-1991) and the requirements specified in State Grid Corporation's Q/GDW 152—2006 "Classification of pollution areas for high-voltage overhead lines and substations and selection of external insulation".

The HJHM-3000 Ash Density Complete Measurement Device consists of a precision electronic balance, a forced air drying oven, a vacuum filtration device, and measurement accessories. The entire device is simple to operate and provides accurate measurements. It is easy to move during normal use and maintenance, requires low power capacity, and does not need a dedicated power supply.

Product Features



1. The vacuum filtration device has mature technology, is convenient to use, and has high efficiency. It contains multiple suction ports, allowing multiple filtration processes to be carried out at once. It uses a water circulation device instead of an oil circulation pump, making it more convenient to use and reducing failure rates.

2. The forced air drying uses German technology with an advanced air duct; the fan has low noise and stable performance.

3. Microcomputer intelligent control: after setting the temperature, the instrument automatically determines the required heating power and displays the heating status, providing stable and accurate temperature control. 

4. Adjustable air inlet to control temperature and gas emission inside the box.

5. The ash weighing analysis part is equipped with a high-precision weighing analytical balance, which features digital multi-point linear correction; digital multi-point drift correction; power-on self-test function; multiple measurement modes; and a "tare" function.
