WDGK-II High and Low Voltage Switchgear Power-on Test Bench

I.  Product Overview

   The WDGK-II High and Low Voltage Switchgear Power-on Test Bench is used by manufacturers of high and low voltage switchgear to conduct various power-on tests before delivery. It can provide various AC and DC power supplies, facilitating the testing of switchgear and improving work efficiency.

 

II. Product Functions

1. Items 1 to 5 in the technical parameters are controlled by independent contactors, and the output terminals are connected in series with 10A and 20A air switches for short-circuit protection. According to special user requirements, items 1 to 5 in the parameters can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use. It is best to have only one group of power output working at a time.

2. Items 6 to 7 in the technical parameters are not controlled by contactors; as long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be provided.

3. The three-phase transfer switches K1, K2, and K3 respectively control the three-phase AC380V voltmeter, three-phase AC ammeter, and three-phase AC voltmeter on the panel.
