Features of tubular electric heater:
The electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective tube. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the protective tube is made of carbon steel pipe or stainless steel pipe. It has large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type using iron-made stretched cup-shaped cover, and special type using bolted explosion-proof device cover seal. It meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dⅡBT4 and protection level IP54 series standards.
The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The protective tube isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the oil tank. Only need to pull out the heater core and replace it with a new one, which is convenient for maintenance.
The protective tube has a large contact area with the heated oil, so the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has long service life, safety and reliability.
