Working Principle:
    The pipe insulation electric heat tracing system consists of self-regulating electric heat tracing cables wound or laid in various ways on the outside of pipes or tanks, with insulation materials laid on the outside. One end of the self-regulating electric heat tracing cable is connected to a thermostat to accurately control the anti-freeze operation of the self-regulating electric heat tracing cable. When the temperature sensor detects that the pipe temperature is lower than the set temperature, the thermostat turns on the power, and the self-regulating electric heat tracing cable starts operating. When the temperature sensor detects that the pipe temperature is higher than the set temperature, the thermostat turns off the power, allowing the self-regulating electric heat tracing cable to operate in the most economical and reasonable state and meet the anti-freeze and anti-clogging requirements of the medium.
