Circulation electric heater is a method of heating fluid through forced convection by a pump, which is a heating method with forced circulation. It has the characteristics of small size, high heating power, and high thermal efficiency. Its working temperature and pressure are high, with a maximum working temperature of up to 600°C and a pressure resistance of up to 20MPa. The structure is sealed reliably, without phenomena such as “leakage, dripping, or running”, and the medium is heated evenly, with rapid and stable temperature rise, enabling automatic control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
The explosion-proof type of the heater is “XHEx”, using stainless steel or carbon steel. If the heating temperature is high, a heat dissipation zone needs to be added between the flange and the junction box. The length of the heat dissipation zone depends on the heating temperature.
