SRQ Air Heater Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions
Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions:

1. Components are generally arranged in a staggered layout in the duct, with a relative distance between two components greater than 40 mm, to ensure sufficient heating of the flowing air. The duct should be surrounded by an insulation layer to reduce heat loss. The typical air velocity in the duct is 8-12 m/s, which is more suitable.

2. The terminal posts of the components should be installed outside the insulation layer, and the effective heating part must not be covered with insulation to avoid burning the components.

3. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the components for several hours).
