Vacuum Drying Oven
Vacuum drying oven is a relatively old drying equipment. As early as the 1980s, it was widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, mainly for drying and heating substances. However, later due to the inconvenience of cleaning and sterilizing the material trays, long drying time, and increased labor intensity for workers, it has been rarely used. Now it is mainly used for heat treatment in medium and small processes for Sullair air compressor parts.

The interior of the drying oven is divided into multiple layers by heating plates. The heating plates use hot water or low-pressure steam as the heating medium. The drugs to be heated and dried are placed on the material trays, the oven door is closed, and a vacuum pump is used to evacuate the interior. The heating medium circulates through the heating plates, heating the drugs to the set temperature. Moisture is evaporated and gradually extracted along with the vacuum.
