Silicon carbide far-infrared electric heater is a radiant heater that, when powered, generates a strong broad-spectrum directional radiation in the vertical space. It effectively converts electrical energy
into far-infrared radiant energy, directly transfers it to the dried object, quickly transforms it into molecular thermal motion, dries from the inside out, achieves rapid drying and shaping,
and obtains significant energy-saving effects. Silicon carbide has a room temperature flexural strength of 45 MPa, a high-temperature flexural strength of 50 MPa at 1000°C, a bulk density of 2.7-2.75 g/cm³,
a thermal expansion rate of 0.42-0.48% at 900°C, and a thermal conductivity (at 350°C) of 10.3-16.7 W/m·K. When far-infrared radiation hits an object, it can be absorbed,
reflected, and transmitted. The heated and dried material absorbs far-infrared radiation simultaneously by molecules inside and on the surface at a certain depth.
