Far Infrared Electric Heating Plate

Silicon carbide far infrared electric heater is a radiant heater that, when powered on, forms a strong broad-spectrum directional radiation in the vertical space. It effectively converts point energy into far infrared radiation energy, directly transferring it to the object to be dried, rapidly transforming it into molecular thermal motion, drying from the inside out, achieving the purpose of rapid drying and setting, and achieving significant energy-saving effects.

Far Infrared Electric Heating Plate uses a silicon carbide plate coated with metal oxide, i.e., far infrared coating, as the radiation element. Heating wires are installed in the holes (or grooves) of the element, and a thick layer of insulating, refractory, and heat-insulating material is placed at the bottom of the element. Then a metal shell is installed, and terminals are connected for power supply. The silicon carbide has a room temperature flexural strength of 45 MPa, a high-temperature flexural strength of 50 MPa at 1000°C, a bulk density of 2.7-2.75 g/cm³, a thermal expansion rate of 0.42-0.48% at 900°C, and a thermal conductivity (350°C
