Nano Infrared Energy-Saving Heating Ring

The nano infrared electric heating ring is a professional energy-saving device that assists plastic machinery in improving thermal efficiency. Features of the dedicated nano infrared energy-saving electric heating ring for injection molding machines: ultra-high energy-saving rate, ultra-low surface temperature, ultra-fast heating speed, and ultra-long service life. Application scope: plastic machinery such as injection molding machines, pelletizers, extruders, wire drawing machines, and film blowing machines. It uses high-resistance electric heating wires to generate heat energy and, through infrared thermal radiation, provides thermal effects to the barrel of plastic processing machinery. This electric heater adopts high-performance electric heating wires from abroad as heat elements for conduction, maximizing the heat transfer efficiency between the heating element and the barrel, with an electric-to-thermal conversion efficiency of over 99.8%. Internally, aerospace-grade material aerogel is used as thermal insulation material, allowing the surface temperature to be as low as 35°C, thereby improving the traditional heating ring's problems of low electric-to-thermal conversion efficiency, low heat transfer efficiency, and high surface temperature, known as the “two lows and one high”.
