Metal casting heater uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, which are bent into shape and then cast into various forms using high-quality metal alloy materials as the shell through centrifugal casting, including round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes. After precision machining, it can closely fit the heated body. The surface load of cast aluminum heater can reach 2.5-4.5w/c㎡, with working temperature between 300-450℃; the surface load of cast copper heater can reach 3.5-5.0w/c㎡, with working temperature between 500-600℃; the surface load of cast iron heater can reach 4.5-6.0w/c㎡, with working temperature between 550-700℃. Metal casting heater is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity ensures uniform temperature on the heating surface, eliminating hot spots and cold spots of the equipment. It has long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance.
