1. The DC high voltage generator is the first in the industry to adopt a segmented structure, which can be used for both high voltage levels and lower voltage levels while maintaining its accuracy. Since its introduction to the market, the vacuum oil filter has been well received by power plants, metallurgy and other industries. In cases of severe oil emulsification, it can complete three cycles of dehydration and degassing with the same model, and its efficiency is 3-4 times that of similar domestic models. Taking the 100/200kV/2mA two-section as an example, when used as a single section, it can be used as 100kV/4mA for DC high voltage tests on electrical equipment of 35kV and below systems, ensuring measurement accuracy and avoiding the use of a large machine for a small task; when used with two sections, it can be used as 200kV/2mA for DC tests on zinc oxide arresters of 220kV segmented, 110kV and below, and DC withstand voltage tests on cross-linked cables. This truly achieves dual-purpose use, greatly facilitating on-site users.
2. It is the first to adopt computer control technology, controlling PWM pulse width modulation, measurement, protection, and display. The LCD display shows output DC high voltage, current, overvoltage setting, timing, and protection information, and is equipped with an RS232 interface for communication with a computer.
3. It pioneers intelligent poor grounding protection and alarm functions (cannot boost voltage if grounding is poor), voltage measurement circuit disconnection protection (the instrument cannot boost voltage if the voltage measurement circuit is disconnected), and an emergency stop button, greatly improving operator safety during operation.
4. It adopts a 30-50kHz high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, pioneering the application of PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices. Based on electromagnetic compatibility theory, special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures are used to achieve high quality, and it can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.
5. The DC high voltage generator uses large voltage feedback, greatly improving voltage stability. A 0.75UDC-1mA trigger button is specially designed for zinc oxide arrester tests, and the frequency is increased to 30-50KHz, significantly reducing the volume and weight of the control box and voltage doubling cylinder, making it more convenient for on-site use.
6. It selects advanced components from the United States, Japan, and other countries, and uses internationally styled series chassis made in Germany, combining practicality and aesthetics.
7. The voltage doubling cylinder is developed using German technology; the medium-frequency transformer is specially designed by experts, with small size and large capacity. The base of the voltage doubling cylinder houses a delta-Y support leg, which unfolds into a Y shape for stable and convenient support during use, and folds into a delta shape hidden in the base when packed.
8. The DC high voltage generator has multiple protection functions, such as low-voltage overcurrent, low-voltage overvoltage, high-voltage overcurrent, high-voltage overvoltage, zero-position protection, and non-grounding protection. Fault sampling uses dedicated sensors with nanosecond response time, and the optical isolation components are also nanosecond-level, with action time generally within 10 microseconds to completely cut off the DC main circuit. The drive signal fast shutdown protection uses dedicated sensors at the output end for sampling, with nanosecond response time. Through nanosecond-level optical isolation components and nanosecond-level analog switches, the drive signal of the power amplifier circuit is cut off within 2 microseconds, ensuring that power devices are not damaged even in the case of output short circuit.
9. The fully shielded automatic range-switching high-voltage microammeter equipped with the DC high voltage generator uses a metal shell, with the LCD display connected to the shell via conductive glass. There are no buttons on the shell, and the test lead and shielding wire are coaxially led out, achieving true full shielding; the ammeter is a 4 1/2-digit digital display meter, which can automatically switch ranges from 0-200-2000μA, greatly improving the resolution of leakage current.
