ETCR9500B-Wireless High Voltage Transformer Ratio Tester
I. Introduction
The ETCR9500B wireless high voltage transformer ratio tester breaks through traditional structures and is specially designed and manufactured for measuring current, transformer ratio, phase, polarity, and leakage current in high and low voltage primary and secondary circuits. It adopts the latest CT technology and mask digital integration technology, consisting of a dedicated high voltage detector, low voltage current clamp, main unit, high voltage insulating rod, and monitoring software. Its wireless transmission of test data can penetrate multi-story building obstacles, with a straight-line transmission distance of up to 30 meters. Without the insulating rod, it can also be used as a high-precision low voltage clamp ammeter or leakage current meter, accurately measuring currents or leakage currents from 0.01mA to 1000A.
The current clamp uses a special alloy and adopts the latest CT technology and magnetic shielding technology, which is almost unaffected by external magnetic fields, ensuring high precision, high stability, and high reliability for uninterrupted monitoring throughout the year.
The main unit features a luxurious blue screen LCD display for clear visibility, and has a large storage capacity that can store 3000 sets of data.
The monitoring software has online real-time monitoring and historical query functions, dynamic display, waveform indication, transformer ratio, frequency indication, maximum, minimum, average value indication, alarm value setting and alarm indication functions, as well as historical data reading, viewing, saving, analysis, processing, sorting, curve fitting, report, and printing functions.
The high voltage detector connects to an insulating rod and can be used for current measurement on high voltage lines up to 60KV (bare line 35KV), current magnitude on both sides of transformers, transformer ratio testing, and online current monitoring. Its dedicated high voltage current clamp can easily clamp or release the tested wire by pressing or pulling the insulating rod, saving time and being quick. It is widely used in substations, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as testing stations and electrical maintenance departments for current detection, power inspection, and field electrical work. The insulating rod is lightweight and has characteristics such as moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, high insulation, and extendability.
