HL-S23S precision current transformer with current booster is used as a standard to verify current transformers with accuracy class two levels or more below its own.
This current transformer consists of a primary winding and a secondary winding.
When wiring, strictly follow the current ratio indicated on the wiring label. P and S are the polarity terminals of the primary and secondary windings respectively. When through-core connection is required, Pa is the polarity terminal.
For primary currents below 600A, the terminals are made of pure copper with chrome plating, smooth surface, advanced craftsmanship, and reflective. Superior to materials used by other manufacturers.
Sufficient capacity ensures effective current boosting in the primary circuit.
The internal coil uses thin-film alloy (a very expensive alloy, military-grade raw material) to ensure accuracy. Under normal use, the error remains almost unchanged permanently, and the data far exceeds the required 0.05S class, even usable as 0.02S.

Usage Precautions
1. When verifying current transformers, the current ratio of the precision current transformer must be the same as that of the current transformer under test.
2. Strictly follow the wiring diagram provided in the figure.
3. The secondary winding must not be open-circuited during operation; otherwise, high voltage may be induced, endangering safety.
4. When boosting current, the primary winding should be connected in series with the load, and the current should be increased gradually to avoid overcurrent.
5. The transformer should be kept clean and dry, and regularly inspected for insulation resistance.
6. When not in use, store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding moisture and vibration.
7. Before use, check that all connections are secure and the insulation is intact.
8. Only qualified personnel should operate the equipment, following the instruction manual.
