Flameproof Electric Heater
Stainless steel electric heating tube (electric heating tube) uses a metal tube as the outer shell, with spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) evenly distributed along the central axis inside the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesium oxide sand that has good insulation and thermal conductivity. Both ends of the tube are sealed with silicone or ceramic. This metal-clad electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids.
Working Principle:
It is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the required material. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the input port through the pipeline under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channels inside the electric heating container, following the path designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles, and带走 the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating element during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater provides the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the electric power based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet.
