Circulating electric heater

Circulating electric heater heats the flowing medium through forced convection. It consists of an immersion electric heater installed inside a pressure vessel. During operation, a pump pumps the flowing medium into the heating chamber for heating. The heated medium exits from the other end of the heater. This is a heating method that uses forced circulation via a pump.

Features:
Small size, high power: The circulating heater mainly uses an immersion heater internally, with a maximum power of up to 1 MW.

Fast heating speed, high temperature control accuracy, and high thermal efficiency.

Wide application range and strong adaptability: The circulating heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary environments, with explosion-proof ratings up to Class B and Class C, and pressure resistance up to 20 MPa.

High heating temperature: The circulating heater is designed with a maximum working temperature of up to 650°C.
