Main components of armored electric heater
The stainless steel reactor is mainly composed of four parts: inner tank, jacket, stirring device, and support base (insulation structure can be adopted according to process requirements).
1. The inner tank is made of stainless steel (sus304, sus316l or sus321) and other materials according to process requirements, armored electric heater, with mirror-polished inner surface, capable of online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization, meeting hygiene standards.
2. The jacket is made of stainless steel (sus304) or carbon steel (q235-b) according to process requirements.
3. Suitable height-to-diameter ratio design, customized stirring device as needed; the stirring shaft seal adopts a pressure-resistant sanitary mechanical seal to maintain the working pressure inside the tank and prevent leakage of materials, avoiding unnecessary contamination and material loss.
4. The support type adopts hanging lug type or floor-standing type according to operation requirements.
