SRQ Air Heater
Working Principle
For thermal oil heaters, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium and a circulation pump, the thermal oil is forced to undergo liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using devices. After the heat is unloaded by the heat-using devices, the oil returns to the heater via the circulation pump, reabsorbs heat, and transfers it to the heat-using devices. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the process requirements
