Tubular Electric Heater Maintenance
1. For SRY2-1/SRY2-2 threaded tubular electric heaters, when heating air, the elements should be arranged crosswise and evenly to ensure good heat dissipation and adequate heating of the passing air.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture.
3. The lead wires should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time. When tightening the wiring screws, avoid excessive force.
4. For SRY2-1/SRY2-2 threaded tubular electric heaters, the magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the heating tube should be protected from contaminants and moisture infiltration in the usage environment to prevent leakage accidents.
Instructions:
1) The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value. External
