The high and low voltage switchgear power-on test bench is used by high and low voltage switchgear manufacturers to conduct various power-on tests on their products before leaving the factory. It can provide various AC and DC power supplies, facilitating the testing of switchgear and improving work efficiency.

II. Functional Description of High and Low Voltage Switch Power Supply Test Vehicle

1. Items 2, 3, and 4 in the technical parameters are respectively controlled by independent contactors, and the output terminals are binding posts. According to special user requirements, items 2, 3, and 4 can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use.

It is best to have only one group of power output working at a time.

2. Items 1, 5, and 6 in the technical parameters are not controlled by contactors. As long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be output.

3. In Figure 2, "24V, 36V, 110V, 220V" are DC fixed outputs. Select different DC voltages according to customer testing requirements.

4. The "open/close control" in Figure 2 is used to replace the open/close switch on the panel of the high and low voltage switchgear. For testing convenience, our company integrates this switch into a control console. When linkage control is needed, connect the integrated open/close switch in parallel to the switchgear. If linkage control is not needed, it can be omitted.
