Box-type Resistance Furnace
1. Before powering on, check whether the wiring is correct and whether the wiring screws on the controller are loose.
2. Place the weighed sample into the furnace, close the furnace door, and turn on the furnace switch.
3. Set the controller switch to the "Setting" position to set the test temperature.
4. After setting, switch back to the "Measurement" position. The furnace starts heating, and the instrument displays a green indicator light.
5. After the working time is reached, turn off the furnace switch. Allow the sample to cool before removing it.
Precautions
1. Do not exceed the maximum temperature of the resistance furnace during use.
2. Always cut off the power when loading or unloading samples to prevent electric shock.
3. Keep the furnace door open for as short a time as possible when loading or unloading samples to extend the furnace's service life.
4. Do not pour any liquid into the furnace chamber.
