1200KW Duct-Type Electric Heater Product Overview:
The 1200KW duct-type electric heater is mainly used for heating air in air ducts. The specifications are divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration when the fan stops, and an overtemperature control device is installed in the junction box. The low-temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium-temperature and high-temperature types, due to structural differences, have a 100mm thick insulation material sandwiched between the outer wall of the duct and the heater junction box. This reduces heat dissipation from the entire duct on one hand and lowers the temperature inside the junction box on the other.

1. The electric heating tube uses an externally wound corrugated stainless steel strip, which increases the heat dissipation area and greatly improves heat exchange efficiency.
2. The heater is reasonably designed with low wind resistance, uniform heating, and no high or low temperature dead spots.
3. Dual protection ensures good safety performance. A thermostat and fuse are installed on the heater to control overtemperature of the duct air and operation under no-wind conditions, ensuring foolproof operation.
